The hydraulic cam systems allow force to be transmitted in any direction when carrying out operations (stamping or crimping, for example) using a press tool.

Already in use on numerous French and German automotive manufacturing sites, the QUIRI hydraulic angle transmission system meets the needs of automotive manufacturers.

ADVANTAGES OF THE HYDRAULIC CAM SYSTEM

Because it can be positioned at any desired angle, the hydraulic cam is able to perform movements that cannot be achieved by a mechanical cam device because of obstructions or for orientation reasons.

RELIABILITY

QUIRI use a membrane accumulator, and cam return is achieved by means of gas springs.
The oil-immersed piston and guide ensure that the system has a long working life.

FLEXIBILITY

QUIRI has separated the starter piston from the accumulator, allowing the size of the actuator base to be reduced, and releasing the space occupied by the accumulator.

The range that QUIRI has perfected allows them to offer hydraulic angle transmissions : - from 1 to 1.8 T - from 1.8 to 4 T - from 4 to 7.8 T - from 7.8 to 12 T - from 12 to 20 T
