Swings clamps, work-holding cylinders

QUIRI swing clamps have the unique feature of pivoting in the plan, that is, there is no linear stroke during rotation. The space required for the movement of the arm is therefore minimal, and the entire stroke of the clamp can be used for clamping (except 1 to 2 mm clearance) and wear on rod seals is reduced. There are several options for position detection : - by use of a sensor rod - pneumatically - electrically - hydraulically

Work-holding cylinders

Contact force can be generated by a spring, or by air or hydraulic pressure.

T-LOCK and R-LOCK actuators

These actuators have a patented locking system. They are intended in particular for palletized application, with lock-out occurring thanks to oil pressure. The hydraulic system is only pressurized during the linear movement of the rod.

T-LOCK : Linear displacement actuator with off-pressure lock-out system

R-LOCK : Includes in addition a system of rotation in a single plane.
