The QUIRI hydraulic block actuator is used by mould-makers to produce the motion required for ejection inside moulds.

This compact actuator is made up of three single-part components :

- the body, with its burnished bore
- the hardened piston-rod assembly
- the cover

The advantage of such a design is that it minimises replacement requirements and prevents leakage.

We can supply a wide range of standard single and double effect block actuators with diameters from 16 to 200mm. Special travel ranges can be produced on demand. A keyway is also present as standard which prevents the return of the piston when the pressure reaches a value in excess of 160 bars. The entire range is available with standard seals (Nitrile) or with Viton seals for temperatures of between 100° and 150°C.
