All its activities are based in SCHILTIGHEIM (67) near STRASBOURG (France - Europe), covering a wide range of products :

QUIRI Echanges Thermiques manufactures all its products in accordance with strong regulations (ASME, TEMA, CODAP, B.S., ADM, STOOMWESEN, ...), rigorous customer specifications and severe quality controls. 

For every project, each customer is assigned a single representative (Business Engineer or Product Manager) in charge of following up the entire process, from the cotation right up to the delivery.

QUIRI Echanges Thermiques is as well familiar with special mechanical calculations (requirements) such as seismic design for vertical or horizontal vessels, wind and snow loads, maximum allowable nozzles loads design... QUIRI Echanges Thermiques has the capacity to provide you with accurate thermal calculations using well known softwares and self developed applications :

Please find herewith an overview of our production capacities based in SCHILTIGHEIM (France - Europe). Located in its 12000m² plant, QUIRI Echanges Thermiques' boiler workshops for stainless and carbon steel are equiped with following machinery :

• Rolling machine (max. width 3m - max. thickness 25mm)
• Oxygen cutting bench with optical reader
• Plasma cutting station
• GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAW welding units
• Automatic welding unit
• Automatic orbital welding unit
• Hydraulic expanders
• CNC drilling & machining capacities (based in its Duttlenheim factory)

In order to deliver its customers the best possible products, QUIRI Echanges Thermiques has obtained following production oriented certifications :

• DIN EN 729-3 (Welding activities supervision and non destructive testing)
