Quiri, specialist in heat exchangers, introduces you a BKU TEMA type steam generator.
This exchanger was delivered to England in 2017 as part of the construction of a cogeneration plant.
The plant also supplies process steam to another plant via this steam generator.
The steam generator, which is a multitubular heat exchanger, of Quiri thermal design, ensures the production of saturated steam by condensing superheated steam. The superheated steam comes from the steam extraction of the turbine. The heating steam supply pressure (primary side) to the steam generator is controlled to maintain constant steam pressure (secondary side).
The feedwater for the shell side (secondary side) is supplied by the water supply system of the factory. The water supply is controlled to maintain a constant level of water on the shell side of the steam generator.
