Hydraulic work supports are designed to support workpieces in a precise plane and eliminate vibrations during machining.
- Body with anti-corrosion treated steel collar.
- Flange-mounted supply under collar and pipe connection G1/4
- Operation at 70 bars (max. pressure 90 bars)
- Treated steel piston
- Very compact design Stroke: 6.5 mm to 12 mm depending on the model
- Hydraulic outlet and locking
IMPORTANT for AVBPC
To allow the rod to retract by spring, the back pressure in the hydraulic circuit must not exceed 2 bars.
To ensure optimal operation of the work support, the vent must be connected to a clean and dry environment. An air pressure of less than or equal to 0.5 bars can be injected at the vent when used in a submerged environment.

- The vent must be connected to a dry and clean environment to ensure the proper functioning of the work support
- The surface condition in contact with the O-rings must respect a maximum of Ra 3.2
- The supplied O-rings should be installed at the supply as shown above on the drawing
