In the autumn of 2022, 332 Quiri SSP20045 jacks will be used to lift the total load of the 7 floors of the construction. 332 cylinders of 200T represent a total lifting capacity of 66 400 T!
Started in 2019, the excavation of the station's interior space was completed in December 2021. In total, nearly 107,000 m3 of excavated material will have been excavated and then evacuated from the site to various storage or recovery sites, depending on the soil. Once the earthworks and underground levels are completed, the teams will start building the station floor. Approximately 3,900 m3 of concrete are needed to build this station, the deepest in the Grand Paris Express, 59 metres below ground. In the autumn of 2022, 332 Quiri SSP20045 jacks will be used to lift the total load of the 7 floors of the construction. 332 cylinders of 200T represent a total lifting capacity of 66 400 T! These jacks are used by our customer #aevia Câbles et Manutention to transfer the load from the temporary pilars to the final pilars of the future Saint Maur Créteil station (SMC) of the Grand Paris line 15. The pictures show hydraulic power units with independent outlets that allow the jacks to be synchronised between all the lifting points via an PLC system.
