Flow limiter – SCV
Compact flow limiter/brake for installation on a cylinder.
Operating pressure between 10 and 110 bars.
Description
The SCV flow limiter is specially developed for installation on low pressure cylinders equipped with installation ports dedicated to these valves.
The use of these valves makes it possible to limit the flow of oil at the inlet or outlet of the cylinder.
The QUIRI 70 bar clamping cylinders are equipped with these G1/8 or G1/4 installation holes.
All QUIRI cylinder models can be equipped, on request, with these SCV valves.
Features
The SCV valve can only be used in orifices respecting precise integration dimensions.
Several dimensions are available: G1/8, G1/4 or G3/8
Several configurations are available:
- Meter-In declination for limiting the flow entering the cylinder
- Meter-Out declination for braking the flow leaving the cylinder
Operating temperature: between -20 and 70°C
Maximum operating pressure: 110 bars
Minimum valve opening pressure: 10 bars
