Definition

Absolute safety if pressure is lost!

This locking system uses the absence of pressure and makes it possible to maintain fully controlled clamping force when the clamp is disconnected from its source. In addition it is completely insensitive to vibrations.

In all applications involving palletising, transfer, quick changing of press tools, mould closing and test benches, these clamps provide safe operation.

Characteristics

• supply through gas taps
• locked by the absence of pressure
• piston release pressure: 300 or 500 bar

Options

• 60°, 45° or 30° angle of rotation on request
• sensing rod to CNOMO standards
• double clamping arm available on request
• pressure intensifier on request
